Only fish I have kept in Aquaria or those familiar to me will be listed in the directory. Those of which I have no knowledge in practical terms will not be included in the directory. I am only seeking to share that which I have learnt by experience in one form or another.

What fish can be kept in a cold water community tank? I say forget the usual Goldfish, Comets, Fan Tails, Black Moors, etc. Why be locked into the typical common cold water community tank? Admittedly my tank is probably a little more odd than most, but you can't deny its interest value. What do I have in my cold water community tank?

 

My Cold Water Community Tank:

My cold water community tank is a 2 foot tank with a simple hollow log ornament, 2 small terra cotta pots and 1 Val plant. I have a gravel base. I don't have an underground filter, but it would be wise to have one in this tank (though the burrowing nature of the Yabbies probably make it unwise).
