Australia - Queensland
DEEP WATER NATIONAL PARK

What's on this Page:

INTRODUCTION:

The Deep Water National Park is found north of Bundaberg, just 7.5 km south of Agnes Water. The park is reached by taking the Lowmead Road from North Bundaberg. 500m before Berajondo turn right and travel for a further 19km. Turn right at the junction and follow the park signs for a further 25km.

The park features freshwater wetlands, sand dunes and open forest. It's a great area for bird watching and for observing turtles hatching between January and April each year.
